Zhajiangmian 炸酱面


Cooked 炸酱面 for dinner. No Specific recipe as long as you saute your minced pork with your own preference seasoning eg oyster sauce, sesame oil, dark sauce, pepper etc. Simmer the minced pork long enough for the meat to be soft and absorb the flavour. As for the noodle, I bought it from Daiso $2 per packet good enough for 3pax and it bland so well with the minced pork.
