I was craving for glutinous rice and without any hesitation, I managed to whip up this Lo Mai Gai for lunch. It was indeed fulfilling and satisfying.

These meatballs are popular in my family as they are delicious with the coated sauce and tomatoes. Marinate the minced meat and fry the meatballs. With some seasoning like chilli and tomatoes sauce, add some sugar and corn starch with water to thicken the sauce. Once seasoning thickens, add in the fried meatballs, coat them evenly and ready to serve.
